Holmer Green

Holmer Green - Spurlands End Road, Holmer Green, Buckinghamshire

Housing-sized plots & 2 Paddocks of Freehold Land.

Exceptionally large housing-sized lots of freehold land. (subject to planning)

These plots back onto housing and are located next to recently converted barns. The planning may not produce any change of use now, but at a latter date, if policy or boundaries change – due to the need for more local housing, with the excellent views across rural Buckinghamshire and with close proximity to schools and amenities, this site could produce a fantastic location for housing. The land is accessed over a white stone road, which leads from Spurlands End Road to Wycombe Heath Farm, past two barn conversions and to the land.
